An "account" is a separate area of the Ascribe™ web site. Users log onto Ascribe™ by entering the account name and their username and password.

A company may have multiple Ascribe™ accounts.

Each Ascribe account costs a non-recurring setup fee.  the setup fee includes at least two days, or 4 online training sessions of Ascribe™ product training.

Ascribe™ usage is charged on a per-transaction basis according to certain activities. Transactions are purchased in advance or paid for in monthly invoices.  There is no expiration time for purchased transactions.

Ascribe™ accounts for 4 types of response based on content.

A Non-numeric response containing any characters other than 0123456789- period, ".", or the space, " ", characters.

A Numeric response containing only the 0123456789- period, ".", or the space, " ", characters.

A Media Server response consisting of an image file or audio file.

An ACM response where a text response is automatically coded using Ascribe ACM.

A transaction is defined as the act of loading, coding, translating or transcribing a response. The number of codes applied to a particular response is not used in calculating the transactions charged.

Price discounts apply to any number of transactions purchased in advance, in a single order. Companies who use multiple Ascribe™ accounts may purchase transactions for any number of those accounts in a single order. The per-transaction cost is based on the total number of transactions purchased in a single order.

Training may be conducted online, at the Language Logic office in Cincinnati, Ohio or at a location of the customer’s choosing. If training is conducted online or at a location other than the Language Logic office, the customer will reimburse telephone, travel and living expenses for the instructor(s).
