Dean has a great strategic mind and a keen understanding of our customers and their needs for unstructured data management and analysis.  I am confident that he will bring product innovation and renewed energy to Language Logic.

Charles Baylis has created software products for 20 years.  Prior to Language Logic, he worked in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.  He founded, developed, and sold two successful software companies in that industry.  He received his B.A. from Dartmouth College, and holds Masters degrees in engineering from Stanford University and U.C. Berkeley.  When not writing software, he enjoys bicycling, weightlifting, martial arts, and coffee preparation!.  Here's Charles with Eddi Merckx after the Embrun > L’Alpe-d’Huez stage of the Tour de France.

Rudy Bublitz, Vice President of business development, has worked in the Survey Research industry for more than 25 years. His experience includes more than 10 years managing the design of tabulation programs and computer assisted surveys for CATI, CAPI and the Internet.  He has held sales and business development positions with Quantime, SPSS/MR, DBM Associates, and Knowledge Networks.  Rudy received his B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State University.

Lara Rice has worked in the Survey Research industry for four years. She spent two of those years at ACNielsen-BASES where she helped test and implement Ascribe™.  Lara received her B.A. in Literature at Northern Kentucky University. When she is not out and about training or figuring out client support issues, she enjoys pottery and gardening.  Here is Lara with one of our new coders...

Mark Thatcher is a data processing professional with 15 years experience in market research.  His responsibilities included data collection, tabulation and vender management.  An early adopter of technology Mark played a significant role in pursuing the Internet as an alternative means of data collection for survey research.  It should come as no surprise his likewise vigorous pursuit of Ascribe™ as an advanced low cost data processing tool.

For the past two years Mark has been responsible for product integration at Language Logic and most recently assumed responsibility for systems and product support.

Serge resides in Brussels and Saas Fee also know as the "Pearl of the Alps", where everyone is always very happy -- as you can see!

Peggy Froissard retired from Procter and Gamble after working in the Market Research/Consumer Research Services department for over 16 years. At P&G she was responsible for developing globally standard coding procedures and codeframes, quality control of outsourced coding work, and training internal personnel and external suppliers on coding procedures. She is also experienced in telephone interviewing and project management. Peggy holds a B.A. in Education from Penn State University and was a high school English teacher for several years, so sit down and be quiet!
