Pricing Components;

• The number of responses coded
• The number of codebooks created
• The timing of the study
• The content of the study
• Transcription/Translation of the responses
• Ascribe™ CrossWord access

We will always bill for the actual work rather than the estimate, unless there are specific other arrangements in place.  There is a $300 minimum charge for any study.

A response is a single verbatim response to a question.  If you have 300 respondents, they each answer 2 open-ended questions, then you will generate 600 responses.

There is no charge for numeric response data.

• Coded Data formatted in client specified format
• Data map describing column and punch locations by question
• Marginal report showing counts and %s for each code
• Data statistics report describing what was loaded and coded
• TAB specifications to client standards
• Unlimited access to all results for approvals to gauge progress and to assess quality

Special requests are an additional charge.

Standard turnaround is 48 hours after field end.  Incremental data feeds must be provided in order to meet this timing.
